TIM&COLETTE has set up “solidarity intergenerational cohabitation”. The association brings together a student with an elderly person who provides a furbished room at affordable rent in exchange for a caring presence in the evening and at night or financial compensation. There are two formulas which define the degree of investment that the young person will have in cohabitation.
