Eco-Charlie is an association fighting against food waste that organizes, with the support of partner organic supermarkets, collections of unsold food during a tour. These tours are followed by a sorting of the food and a redistribution between the harvesters. It is therefore a commitment within the association. Eco-Charlie organizes events and collections every week, which can be followed on their Facebook page. The association also publishes recipes on their website.
