If you live in the Rhône departement, TCL offers a free subscription to the public transport system on one of the following criteria : to asylum seekers ; those asking for a residence permit; beneficiairies of RSA, AAH, ASI ou ASPA ; the visually impaired and/or the disabled by war or work and aged 65 and over ; beneficiairies of the Contrat d’Engagement Jeune, of the Garantie Jeunes and aged between 18 and 24 who benefit from the Revenu de Solidarité Jeunes (RSJ)
