La Cravate Solidaire is a recognized association of public utility and with a branch in Lyon that fights against discrimination in hiring, particularly related to physical appearance.
Support is provided during "Coup de Pouce" workshops to discuss the professional or internship project, choose and receive an outfit, then create a CV and work on your interview. Mentoring can also be set up.
