The "La Tablée" association is a social and food project which organizes friendly shared meals at free prices: this principle of solidarity consists of giving what you can, the objective being to eat well while being well surrounded.

"Les canuts au marché" solidarity grocery shop

To obtain the beneficial rate, you must live in the Lyon metropolitan area and have a maximum remaining living amount of 7 euros after bills, and participate regularly or occasionally in the association's activities as a volunteer.

"Melting Coop" solidary grocery shop

Access to the cooperative grocery store is conditional on participation in the life of the structure. Thus, access to the grocery store is granted once you have subscribed to a social share at 10 euros (for students), and to the extent that you participate in the life of the cooperative for 2 hours and 45 minutes every 28 days.

Agorae food distributions | Agorae Saint-Étienne : distributions alimentaires

The Agoraé run by FASEE combines a social and solidarity grocery store with a friendly place welcoming students from Saint-Étienne. The AGORAé is located at 7 rue Borie, near the Cité du Design. Opening hours are Thursday from 1 PM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM.

AGORAé solidarity grocery store | Épicerie solidaire AGORAé

AGORAé is a place of exchange destined to all students where many free activities take place. AGORAé is a supermarket where all products are discounted at 90%. For example, a pack of pasta that normally costs 2,2 euros will cost 22 cents. Each student fills a registration form online and a commission takes place to decide which students get the discount.

AGORAé solidarity grocery store | Épicerie solidaire AGORAé Lyon 1

Open to all students upon registration, this supermarket permits students who have between 1 and 8,5 euros to spend per day once all expenses are paid to buy their groceries for 10% of their original price. Access to AGORAé is renewable but given for three months at a time.

AGORAé solidarity grocery store | Épicerie solidaire AGORAé Lyon 2

Open to all students, this supermarket was born through a partenership between the Université Lumière Lyon 2 and the organization GAELIS. Students must have between 1 and 8,5 euros to spend per day once all expenses are paid. Products cost around 10% of their original price. Access to AGORAé is renewable but given for three months at a time.

COP1 | Food distribution

COP1, a solidarity association by and for students, organizes free food distributions at the Maison des Etudiants in the 7ème arrondissement, as well as in the 1er arrondissement (collège Truffaut) and in Villeurbanne.

CSE Lyon solidarity grocery shop

The collective provides free food aid to vulnerable students, with two distributions per month.

Delivraide | Free lunch baskets delivered at home

The "L'Équipage Solidaire" association delivers free kits containing food and hygiene products to students in precarious situations at home, using the "Delivraide" platform and application.

ENvertS | ENS solidarity shop

The AMAP (Association pour le Maintien d’une Agriculture Paysanne) in general, and ENvertS in particular, aim to put the local farmer in touch with consumers. Access to AMAP is open to students and staff of ENS de Lyon. The AMAP Solidarity Fund provides financial support to Amapiens and Amapiennes in precarious situations.

EPIFREE is an inclusive grocery store open to all students. Put in place by the Saint-André Church of Guillotière, 19 rue de Marseille in the 7th arrondissement, the store is open every Monday from 5 to 7 PM.

Restos du Cœur food distribution for students

A distribution of food parcels and hygiene products takes place every Saturday morning from 9 AM to noon at 13bis Rue Girié, Maisons Neuves in the 3rd district of Lyon. Registration is done on-site by presenting the student card. Non-scholarship students must have a rent receipt or an accommodation certificate. Scholarship students must present the Crous scholarship certificate.

Led by the Habitat & Humanisme association, the "Les Escales Solidaires" project aims to strengthen social ties through meals at 2 euros and free workshops. In a family atmosphere, the “passengers” of the Solidarity Stopovers participate in the preparation of the meal, in setting the table or even in clearing. The workshops are diverse and varied: sophrology, knitting workshops, listening point, visit to a shared garden, permanent access to rights, etc.

The VRAC association organizes distributions of quality food products (organic, local, fair trade), hygiene and even equipment at affordable prices. There are two distribution locations: on the Porte des Alpes campus (Student House) and on the Berges du Rhône campus (Lyon Métropole Student House).

€1 meal for grantless students | Repas à 1€ pour les non-boursiers

Students who are not on Crous need-based grant can ask for access to meals at 1 euro. This aid is attributed under certain conditions and is valid for a limited period of time.
