The Initiall brand is set up by the Action Logement Group. The civic flatshare is a low-rent flatshare (from 225 euros per person) where the flatmates are part of an associative project: "social ties, school support, environment, shared gardens".

A2Ages has set up intergenerational cohabitation. The association brings together students with elderly people who provide a furnished room at affordable rent in return for a benevolent presence in the evening and at night. There are two formulas: SOLID’A2 and COLOC’A2 which determines the terms of the young person’s presence.

Le Pari Solidaire Lyon | Solidarity housing

The "Pari Solidaire Lyon" association develops and supports bonds of solidarity between generations through housing. Through intergenerational cohabitation and other forms of shared housing, it helps combat the isolation of vulnerable people and the difficulties of accessing housing in the Lyon metropolitan area.

Loca-pass advance - security deposit assistance

The Loca-Pass lends you a maximum of 2000 euros to pay for the security deposit demanded by the landlord. You have the possibility to pay back the lended sum over the maximal course of 25 months, interest-free.

MOBILI-JEUNE® and AGRI-MOBILI-JEUNE® help

The MOBILI-JEUNE aid offered by the Action Logement group covers part of the rent of between €10 and €100 each month for a period of up to 1 year. The aid is intended for young people under 30 in work-study training (under an apprenticeship or professionalization contract). You must submit your file between 3 months before the start of the contract (or the start of the job) and up to 6 months after the start (or the start of the job).

Personalized housing assistance

This aid is given to all students. To benefit from APL, you have to be a tenant of a housing that is the object of an agreement between the landlord and the state.
